What You Need to Know About Page Fold | ClearType Press – Building a Better Government Web – Excellent article translating the “fold” from newspapers to digital. I will argue that there is no fold (spoon either) and that the average user will start scrolling without even being aware of it. But this is where heat maps and usability testing give you a real-world perspective on how people use your site.
jQuery for Designers – Tutorials and screencasts – Like bacon, jquery is something that I use, but don’t think about what it really is. This site may help me delve further into jquery and become an expert in no time. Or maybe a little bit of time.
